Getting Started at Harvard Chiropractic

You’ll be welcomed by our friendly staff

When we welcome you for your first visit, we’ll have some paperwork for you to complete. You can also find it here on our website and fill it out ahead of time. Please remember to bring it with you on your first visit.

We will also review of insurance and financial information right away, so you’ll know exactly what your care will involve.

Then, you’ll see Dr. Terry to discuss your concerns. Following the thorough examination, he will recommend a treatment plan which may start on your first visit. To help relieve your pain, we can discuss a care plan and start your care right away on your first visit.

Your first visit can last up to an hour, depending on your needs, so please be sure to set the time aside.

Please be sure to bring:

• Your insurance card
• Any pertinent medical information

Your Regular Visits to Harvard Chiropractic

On your subsequent visits with us, you’ll follow your care plan with Dr. Terry.

He’ll often start you out with some stretching or breathing exercises, which will help you relax so your appointment can go smoothly and is as effective as you need it to be.

This visit should take no more than 10-20 minutes.
